Our Journey β From One Van to a Fleet Serving All of Cyprus
2008 β 2011
We started small, taking on every job that came our way β mostly focused on construction waste removal.
2012
Hired our first employee. Working together with an assistant, we signed our first regular client β an interior design studio that began using our services consistently.
2013
Purchased a second van and spent three months restoring it to working condition. When the engine failed, the replacement cost us β¬1700 β a huge amount at the time. We rented vans to keep fulfilling customer orders.
2014
Acquired our third vehicle at a seized-vehicle auction. Secured a major contract with STATOIL for petrol stations across Latvia and Lithuania. Our team worked 36 hours non-stop to complete the job successfully.
2015
Purchased a fourth vehicle. At this stage, I was still personally handling invoicing, emails, calculations, hiring, and repairs.
2016
Hired our first dispatcher, started business training, and bought three more vehicles β bringing the total fleet to seven vans.
2017
Faced our first major company crisis: a β¬9000 deficit, tax debt, and a one-way ticket away from Latvia. I decided to stay, took a loan, and the company recovered within six months.
2018
Achieved 115% business growth, increased salaries, invested in staff training, and successfully relocated 49 pieces of industrial equipment in just four days.
2019
Growth of 93%. Delivered and installed furniture for the entire PULLMAN Riga hotel, including all 154 rooms and luxury suites.
2020
Growth of 65%. Purchased three more vans, reaching a total of 11 vehicles.
2021
Completed a large six-storey office relocation in just four weeks. Added two more vans to the fleet, bringing the total to 13.
2022
Expanded again to 15 vehicles. Hired a second dispatcher to handle more than 1200 monthly deliveries. Secured long-term partnerships with major clients.
2023
Successfully relocated 704 office workstations in just 19 days β including dismantling, packaging, and transportation. Purchased a 9-seat minibus to explore expansion into the Polish market.
2024
Began digitizing and automating all core business processes to increase efficiency and service quality.
